Warranty and returns

Every chair we supply includes a 6-month warranty.

Warranty covers

Manufacturing faults in the frame and standard fittings under normal home-care use, subject to inspection.

Not covered

Damage from overload beyond rated capacity, misuse, or normal wear of consumable parts such as buckets. We still help you source spares from accessories.

Returns

If the wrong item was sent or a fault appears on arrival, message us the same day with photos. Change-of-mind returns may not always be possible once hygiene products have been used.
